32 kids sick @ Mass

know what really happened. One kid threw up and there was a chain reaction. Poor babies.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Thirty-two students at a Catholic elementary school were taken to the hospital after being becoming ill in church.

A parent said that students were attending Mass at a church adjacent to the school when a student fainted and several others became sick.

Louisville Fire Department Capt. David Thomas said several children became nauseated and started vomiting in the church sanctuary.

Thirty-two children were taken to the hospital for observation.

Fire officials and LG&E representatives have investigated and neither could find a likely cause, such as natural gas or carbon monoxide.

However, the students said that the church was very hot, so the sickness may be attributed to heat
